We catalyze emerging cross-regional, multidisciplinary, and inclusive collaborations between political scientists in the United States and social scientists, policymakers, municipal officials, and activists from the Global South. Our goal is to synthesize cutting-edge multi-disciplinary research for the development of pedagogical resources and to co-produce a handbook of successful cases of climate justice in large metropolitan areas. Climate justice means avoiding disproportionate impacts and providing equitable representation in policies and institutions.

  1. Foster and promote Climate Justice Network with the goal of promoting cross-sectoral international collaborations.

  2. Organize an international workshop.

  3. Develop Pedagogical Resources and Policy Advocacy Handbook
